A very strenuous tour from the valley of the Weser in Eupen to the Belgian high point: Botrange. Difficulty due to the distance (almost 26 km), the elevation difference, and the constant ascent as well as the not always easily passable paths along the hill, which is your companion for almost the entire route (upstream). As usual, you will find many additional information at http://blog.seniorennet.be/overweg13/archief.php?ID=1954310. You could definitely call it a classic among the GR trails. And it is always nice if you can briefly stop by Botrange; in our childhood, it was part of the geography curriculum in elementary school. Back then, it was a distant and unknown place that strongly stimulated the imagination.
