Energy Discoverer Route Mittelweser (North Route)

Answers to these questions can be found when you cycle along the Energy-Discoverer Route Mittelweser, the first of its kind in Germany.The approximately 100 km long route is divided into a northern (43 km) and southern route (65 km) and connects different energy sites (No. 1-21), all of which have one thing in common: they prove that the use of renewable energies in the Mittelweser region is already commonplace.You can experience practical contributions to power supply and climate protection. Wind and water energy are explained to you through historical wind and water mills to the most modern wind turbines.Solar energy is explained through photovoltaic systems and Lower Saxonys first solar filling station.
