The Dutch Reformed village church probably dates from the 14th century. The tower was built in the early 16th century. The Blaricum architect Theo Rueter made extensive renovations to the church in 1934 and gave it a romantic country house style. He built the consistory at the rear of the church, on the site of the choir. The church is still in use today.
