The Woudenberg village church, with graveyard, is located on a rectangular piece of land surrounded by a wide ditch. During the restoration in 1988, pieces of wall were found that seemed to be made of stones from the 14th century. As early as 1309, a chapel stood on this spot. The tower dates back to the 15th century, and in the bell chamber, there are still two old bells hanging, one presumably from the early 15th century and the other cast by Henricus de Borch in 1512.
