El castillo de Helfenberg, hoy también llamado castillo de Revertera, es un complejo de castillos en Alta Austria y se encuentra por encima del pueblo de Helfenberg en Mühlviertel. El castillo fue construido alrededor de 1250 como una fortaleza, en 1607 se realizó una nueva construcción y hoy el castillo es de propiedad privada.
Around 1224, en un documento del monasterio de Hohenfurt, hoy en Chequia, se menciona a un Wirint de Helfenberch como propietario de la fortificación de Helfenberg. El edificio predecesor del castillo actual probablemente fue construido como una fortaleza alrededor de 1250 y ampliado en 1270. Supuestamente, el monumento a los caídos de Helfenberg fue erigido sobre el sustrato terrestre de esta fortaleza.
