Esta reserva natural en el corazón de Hesbaye es una antigua fábrica de cal, explotada para la producción de cemento desde 1899 hasta 1956. Desde entonces, la naturaleza ha reclamado su derecho. Este entorno hoy en día es un área de gran biodiversidad donde coexistentes zonas secas, praderas florecientes, áreas húmedas y espacios boscosos. La reserva de 3 hectáreas alberga especies muy raras como el geranio de sangre, el camerisier y tres tipos de orquídeas.
