¡La caminata por la naturaleza del Festival de la Cintura!
Pero primero pasaremos por el pueblo para luego caminar a través de las pequeñas calles y el nuevo barrio en Hofstade hacia la hermosa área natural 'Vriezenbroek'. El área natural fue adquirida en 1998 por Natuurpunt. Sus guías de naturaleza brindan explicaciones especializadas sobre la fauna y flora presentes en puntos fijos durante la caminata.
La caminata sigue un tramo del Zenne, para luego atravesar los campos y llegar al Barebeek. La cuenca del Barebeek se sigue hasta el Canal de Lovaina.
Al otro lado se encuentra el parque de animales Planckendael. Junto al Castillo Ambroos y el protegido 'Liefkensdreef', la caminata termina en el centro Bloso Hofstade.
