El sendero Het Dikke van Pamel rinde homenaje al residente más famoso de Roosdaal (Pamel): "Den Dikke van Pamel" (o localmente simplemente llamado "den dikke"). Vivió en el siglo XIX bajo el nombre de "Victor De Klercq". La caminata comienza en la iglesia de Sint-Gaugericus (Brusselstraat) en Pamel. En el camino pasarás por búnkeres de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, el Hof "De Kam" y a través del sendero Dender llegarás al monumento del "Dikken van Pamel". La caminata también pasa por el área natural "turfput". La caminata está señalizada y tiene dos ubicaciones con una alternativa/opción de acortamiento. Puedes encontrarlo aquí .
