La ruta explora el paisaje variado y accidentado en la esquina sureste de Flandes Occidental. La zona forma la línea divisoria de aguas entre la cuenca del Leie y la del Escalda. Desde amplias crestas disfruta el jinete de impresionantes panoramas sobre la región Leie-Escalda. Montas a través de tranquilas carreteras rurales pasando junto a majestuosas fincas y campos ricamente cubiertos. La ruta ecuestre luego corre junto al canal Bossuit-Kortrijk y sigue la Trimardzate, el lecho de la antigua línea de tren Avelgem-Herseaux.
