Esta caminata señalizada en Oosterzele pasa por un molino de agua y tres molinos de viento. Dos de esos molinos de viento, el Klepmolen y el Windekemolen, siguen girando regularmente. A lo largo del recorrido podrás disfrutar de paisajes únicos, algunos de los cuales, como la cantera de arena, se remontan a la era glacial. Aquí se encuentra el origen de la piedra de Balegem: una arenisca amarilla y gris, blanda y calcárea, que anteriormente se utilizaba en la construcción de catedrales y ayuntamientos en toda Europa. Una joya de otro calibre es el Ginebra de Balegem, un auténtico 'chorro' que se destila de forma espirituosa en Stokerij Van Damme. ¡Detente, prueba y disfruta!
