'La compuerta de Traan' es un relato poético corto para todas las edades que tiene lugar en y alrededor del área de inundación en Moortsele. Desde la estación, la audioguía nos lleva en un bucle alrededor del estanque de retención.
El escritor y narrador Hans Depelchin nos introduce en un mundo especial, donde la despedida y el encuentro, el soltar y el aferrarse, el cuerpo y el paisaje se entrelazan.

Hans Depelchin es escritor, intérprete, imaginador, inventor y creador de imaginaciones. También es profesor en SAMWD, la Academia Municipal de Música, Palabra y Danza en Zottegem. En 2020, publicó su debut novelístico 'Weekdier'.
