Irrhausen es una comunidad local en el distrito de Bitburg-Prüm en Renania-Palatinado. Se encuentra en el Irsen y forma parte de la comunidad asociativa de Arzfeld. La localidad está situada directamente en el valle de las 1000 mariposas.
La comunidad local se encuentra en el oeste de la Eifel, en medio del Islek, en la desembocadura del Mannerbach en el Irsen, y a solo unos pocos kilómetros al este de las fronteras estatales con Luxemburgo y Bélgica. Irrhausen pertenece al parque natural Südeifel.
