El Ratinger Hof fue un bar de artistas en los años 70 y principios de los 80 y un punto de encuentro de la cultura underground en Alemania. El Ratinger Hof es considerado a menudo como el lugar de nacimiento del punk alemán. El bar estaba ubicado en el casco antiguo de Düsseldorf en la calle Ratinger, nº 10.
En el Ratinger Hof, que hasta finales de 1975 era un bar decorado de manera acogedora con un cielo estrellado en el techo, mesas cubiertas de alfombra y una jukebox, se reunían tanto los psico-célicos del Creamcheese, la sociedad punk, como los rockeros y algunos mods de la región de Düsseldorf. Desde 1974 hasta 1979, Carmen Knoebel e Ingrid Kohlhöfer fueron las propietarias.
