El Gimnasio Privado St.-Ursula de Brühl es un gimnasio privado reconocido por el estado y desde 1962 bajo la administración del Arzobispado de Colonia.
La escuela fue fundada el 18 de abril de 1893 como "Escuela privada de ni girls de nivel superior con pensión" y fue la primera escuela secundaria para chicas en el entonces distrito de Colonia. La fundación fue realizada por las Ursulinas de St. Salvator tras su regreso del exilio holandés en Roermond.
