La casa de jardín rococó es un edificio protegido por el patrimonio en el barrio Kaldenkirchen de Nettetal, en Renania del Norte-Westfalia.
La casa fue construida en 1760 por el fabricante de textiles Johann Hermann Poensgen. Hasta la primera mitad del siglo XIX, la casa de jardín permaneció en posesión de la familia Poensgen, antes de que luego, a través de la nieta de Hermann, Paulina Poensgen, pasara por matrimonio a la familia von der Kuhlen.
