La esclusa de Langwedel es una esclusa en el curso medio del Weser. Se encuentra en la comuna de Langwedel, en el distrito de Verden y forma parte de la escalera de Langwedel con una central hidroeléctrica.
La esclusa de Langwedel se sitúa en el kilómetro fluvial 329,4, es decir, en el kilómetro 5,6 del canal de esclusas Weser de 8,5 km de largo, en el barrio de Cluvenhagen de la comuna de Langwedel. Se ubica entre la esclusa de Dörverden, situada río arriba, y las esclusas de Weser de Bremer, que están río abajo. El canal de esclusas Weser acorta las curvas del río Weser. Con la construcción del canal a partir de 1937, se rellenaron o desviaron partes del Antiguo Aller. Desde entonces, el barrio de Hagen-Grinden se encuentra en una posición insular entre el canal y el Weser y es accesible a través de tres puentes de canal.
