A los pies de la sierra, disfrutando del Parque Natural de la Sierra de Guadarrama.
Esta corta etapa parte de Collado Hermoso. Avanza por la Cañada Real Soriana Occidental hasta divisar la población de La Salceda y al otro lado de la carretera N-110, Torre Val de San Pedro, antes de llegar a Navafría. En primavera la explosión de colores y olores tapizan las laderas habitadas por vacas y caballos, que encuentran aquí un alimento de calidad. La etapa presenta un inmejorable final en la piscina natural de Navafría.
