Esta excursión en mountain bike tiene una distancia intermedia y nos lleva hasta la cima de la montaña de Els Angels (también muy popular entre los ciclistas de carretera). Saliendo de Girona hacia el este, subimos rápidamente hasta Torre Gironella, después de un ligero descenso y, a partir del km 3, vamos subiendo constantemente por pistas forestales y senderos que forman parte del espacio natural de Les Gavarres. Ocasionalmente cruzamos y seguimos brevemente la carretera asfaltada hacia Los Ángeles. En la cima encontramos el santuario con unas impresionantes vistas y un bar-restaurante.
