Le Kremlin-Bicêtre es una comuna francesa situada en el departamento de Valle del Marne, de la región de Isla de Francia. Es la cabecera y mayor población del cantón de su nombre.
La comuna se constituyó el 13 de diciembre de 1896, separándose de Gentilly. Pero la identidad de la población se había forjado mucho antes entorno al antiguo hospicio, posteriormente manicomio,[4] actual Centre Hospitalier Universitaire.
