Piazza Villena en Palermo, también llamada I Quattro Canti , tiene cuatro fachadas (tres palacios y una iglesia) bellamente decoradas según un diseño de Mariano Smiriglio con alegorías divididas en tres órdenes de ascensión , representadas por las cuatro estaciones (poder de la naturaleza). cuatro príncipes (poder temporal), cuatro santos patrones (poder divino).
En segundo orden, en el centro de las hornacinas se encuentran las estatuas de los cuatro reyes españoles Carlos V, Felipe II, Felipe III y Felipe IV.
Aquí está Felipe IV con el otoño como estación.
