Nistelrode es una aldea en el municipio de Bernheze en la provincia holandesa de Brabante Septentrional. La aldea se encuentra en la Peelrand. En 1994, los municipios de Heeswijk-Dinther, Heesch y Nistelrode se fusionaron en el municipio de Bernheze.
En 1291, Nistelrode fue mencionado por primera vez, y se le nombró como Nysterle. La terminación le proviene de loo que significa bosque. El origen de nister es menos claro. Puede referirse a nittel, o sea, ortiga, o a nester, que podría significar oeste.
