El canal Johan Frisokanaal es un canal en Frisia. El canal conecta el IJsselmeer a través de la esclusa Johan Friso en Stavoren con el canal Princesa Margriet, al que se une al este de Hommerts, justo al norte del Koevordermeer. El canal es una vía navegable muy transitada, tanto para embarcaciones de carga como de recreo, siendo estas últimas principalmente en verano. Entre el canal Princesa Margriet y Stavoren, el canal cruza cuatro lagos, a saber: el Heegermeer, que se une a las Fluessen, De Holken y, por último, la Morra.
