Ooltgensplaat es una aldea en el municipio de Goeree-Overflakkee, en la provincia holandesa de Holanda Meridional. La aldea tiene 2.660 habitantes, 981 viviendas y 229 viviendas de recreo, incluida la aldea Langstraat. Ooltgensplaat fue un municipio independiente hasta 1966. Ese año, Ooltgensplaat se fusionó con los municipios de Oude-Tonge y Den Bommel para formar el municipio de Oostflakkee, que en 2013 se incorporó al nuevo municipio de Goeree-Overflakkee.
