La diócesis de Legnica y en polaco, Diecezja legnicka) es una circunscripción eclesiástica latina de la Iglesia católica en Polonia, sufragánea de la arquidiócesis de Breslavia. La diócesis tiene al obispo Andrzej Siemieniewski como su ordinario desde el 28 de junio de 2021.La diócesis tiene 7080 km² y extiende su jurisdicción sobre los fieles católicos de rito latino residentes en parte occidental del voivodato de Baja Silesia.
