Mödling est une municipalité autrichienne, capitale du district du même nom, située à environ 15 kilomètres au sud du centre de Vienne.Mödling se situe dans la zone industrielle de Basse-Autriche. Le Mödlingbach, ruisseau qui prend sa source dans le Wienerwald, traverse la ville. Près d'Achau, il se joint au Schwechat. Les bois occupent une grande partie de la municipalité.
