La brasserie Alvinne essaie toujours d’être innovante et expérimentale. Cela peut être fait en faisant revivre les anciennes traditions (par exemple, la maturation en fûts de bois), en utilisant de nouveaux types de houblon, en travaillant avec des brasseurs talentueux au-delà des frontières nationales.
Vous pourrez déguster les bières sur place lorsque le loft de dégustation est ouvert le mercredi de 12h à 17h. Les visites de brasseries ne sont possibles que lorsque cela convient à la brasserie. Contactez les brasseurs à l’avance pour voir s’il y a des possibilités.
