La Chapelle Notre-Dame des Sept Douleurs est une chapelle en briques à une nef de style baroque, située sur la Poeldendries à Landegem.
La chapelle est construite en briques et en grès sur un soubassement en ardoise et est recouverte d'un toit en croupe avec des ardoises. La façade se compose d'un pignon en forme de cloche avec un fronton courbé sur lequel se trouve une croix en fer forgé. L'entrée se compose de deux vantaux en bois avec des grilles et une vitre en arc. La porte a un encadrement en grès. Il y a une fenêtre ronde dans les murs latéraux. Le chœur a une fermeture à trois côtés. L'intérieur est plâtré et sur l'autel se trouve une piéta.
