Ce monument aux morts est situé sur le pont sur l'Ourthe.
Il a été fondé vers 1920 et est dédié aux déportés et aux combattants de la Première Guerre mondiale. Il a été agrandi pour inclure de nouvelles victimes après la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Il a été restauré en 2004.
La Roche-en-Ardenne a été relativement épargnée par la Première Guerre mondiale , mais a beaucoup souffert pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale .
