Ce sentier de randonnée a été créé à l'initiative de l'association des habitants GHK Soetendaelle. Le chemin est marqué par une bande horizontale rouge et blanche, mais il est possible que ces marques aient disparu à certains endroits. La majorité du chemin se déroule sur des chemins de terre. La nature y est encore magnifique, mais pas toujours facilement accessible. Des chaussures de randonnée ou des bottes en caoutchouc sont absolument nécessaires, surtout par temps humide.
