San Lorenzo del Munt est un massif situé entre les comarques du Vallés Occidental et du Bages. Ses principales cimes sont le Montcau et la Mola, où se trouve le Monastère de Sant Llorenç del Munt. Avec la chaîne de l'Obac, il constitue le parc naturel de Sant Llorenç del Munt i l'Obac, géré par la Diputación de Barcelone.
