Opoul-Périllos est une commune française, située dans le nord-est du département des Pyrénées-Orientales en région Occitanie. Sur le plan historique et culturel, la commune comprend le village catalan d'Opoul et le village occitan de Périllos qui est aujourd’hui dépeuplé. Opoul-Périllos est dans le massif des Corbières, un chaos calcaire formant la transition entre le Massif central et les Pyrénées.
