Le port de Bayonne est un port de commerce français ouvert sur l'océan Atlantique. Son emprise concerne les communes de Bayonne, Anglet et Boucau dans les Pyrénées-Atlantiques et Tarnos dans les Landes. Il se classe au 9e rang des ports de commerce français. Il a aussi abrité aussi une base navale comportant quelques patrouilleurs légers. Celle-ci a été dissoute en 2015.
