L'église Saint-Maclou est un lieu de culte catholique dans le centre-ville de Rouen, dans le département français de la Seine-Maritime en région Normandie.Son nom est tiré de Maclou qui fut un des sept saints fondateurs de la Bretagne continentale. Il aurait vécu entre le VIe et VIIe siècle. D'abord donné à l'île de Notre Dame de Rouen au Xe et la chapelle prit également ce nom par la suite, qui sera l'unique de l'île et dont le nom persistera jusqu'à nos jours.
