Starcross est un village dont la population, selon le recensement de 2011, était de 1 737 habitants, situé sur la rive ouest de l'estuaire de l'Exe dans le Teignbridge, dans le comté anglais du Devon. Le village est populaire en été avec des embarcations de loisirs, et abrite l'un des plus anciens clubs de voile du Royaume-Uni.
La route A379 et la ligne de chemin de fer Londres-Penzance traversent également le village le long des rives de l'estuaire. La gare de Starcross est située sur la ligne de chemin de fer, et le ferry Starcross-Exmouth, un petit ferry de passagers, assure la traversée de l'estuaire vers Exmouth.
