L'Église méthodiste wesleyenne, également connue sous le nom de Chapelle wesleyenne, est une ancienne église méthodiste wesleyenne située sur Hospital Street, Nantwich, Cheshire, Angleterre. Construite en 1808, une nouvelle façade a été ajoutée en 1876. L'église pouvait alors accueillir plus de mille personnes et était le plus grand lieu de culte non-conformiste de la ville dans les années 1880. Elle est classée au grade II. L'église a fermé en 2009, après que la congrégation a déménagé dans les anciennes salles de classe méthodistes en face.
