La tour du Palazzo Pellari est l'une des quatorze tours principales de San Gimignano et est située sur la Piazza Pecori.
La date exacte de construction de la tour est inconnue, mais un document la place avant 1237. La tour a une forme parallélépipédique simple avec un toit pyramidal ; il n'a pas de fenêtres sur la place et est couvert par le filaretto.
Le Palais Pellari se distingue par sa façade en briques à décor de couloir. Au rez-de-chaussée, en revanche, il présente un revêtement en pierre, taillé en blocs bien profilés, au-dessus duquel s'ouvrent deux portails à arcs surbaissés.
