La Vrouwenheide est une colline aux Pays-Bas et un ancien landes, juste au sud d'Ubachsberg dans la commune de Voerendaal. Avec une hauteur de 218 mètres au-dessus du NAP, c'est l'un des points les plus élevés de la partie européenne des Pays-Bas.
La zone est composée d'inliers et d'outliers. La Vrouwenheide est le point le plus élevé du plateau d'Ubachsberg. Il y a entre 1 et 2 millions d'années, c'était une partie de l'île d'Ubachsberg dans le fleuve Meuse.
