Il Museo d'Arte & Storia nel Parco Jubel di Bruxelles ospita migliaia di opere d'arte e oggetti storici. Fino a maggio 2018, questo museo era conosciuto con il nome di Museo Jubelpark. Il museo appartiene ai Musei Reali d'Arte e Storia.
Le prime collezioni del museo furono raccolte durante il regno dei duchi di Borgogna e poi degli arciduchi asburgici, e furono collocate in diverse sedi a Bruxelles, la loro capitale. Nel 1847, il recém nato Regno del Belgio acquisì le opere d'arte. Allora le opere d'arte furono collocate nella Porte de Hal con il nome di Musée Royal d'Armures, d'Antiquités et d'Ethnologie. Nel 1889, la Porte de Hal era diventata troppo piccola e le collezioni furono trasferite nel Parco Jubel, che prima del 1880 era stato una struttura di addestramento militare.
