Tutti i loro piatti sono privi di pretese, senza tempo e semplici. Per questo cercano ricette semplici ma ricche di carattere e sapore, provenienti principalmente dalla cucina spagnola e orientale, con un occhio di riguardo per i piatti vegetariani.
Non è affatto un locale classico con un tipico menu a 3 portate; scelgono decisamente l'atmosfera delle tapas spagnole che combina una sala da pranzo accogliente con un lungo bar animato dove i clienti possono gustare tapas, vino spagnolo o altre bevande.
