Castello Achtendries, noto anche come castello Voorde. L'attuale castello, costruito in stile neoclassico, si erge sui resti di una costruzione più antica (visibile nel piano interrato) risalente al tardo medioevo. Il toponimo "achtene", che avrebbe un'origine preistorica, è anche collegato a una fattoria nobiliare su Achtendries datata ante 630. In passato il castello era circondato da un fossato e possedeva anche un viale che lo collegava alla corte di Achtene. L'unico documento rimasto di questa vecchia fattoria è un pilastro di mattoni rotondo e murato nel vicino vicolo chiamato Achtene.
