Iniziamo a Menen lungo il fiume Leie, che abbandoniamo all'altezza di Lauwe, cerchiamo il 'falso piano' tramite Rollegem, Bellegem, St Denijs e raggiungiamo la valle dello Schelda a Bossuit. Seguiamo lo Schelda lungo Avelgem e lo abbandoniamo a Tiegem, per tornare a cercare le colline. Proseguiamo quindi verso Ingooigem Vichte. Negli ultimi 20 km torniamo a cercare il 'piano'. A Stasegem percorriamo il sentiero lungo il canale Kortrijk-Bossuit, per poi tornare lungo il Leie.
