Ultimo aggiornamento 10 aprile 2021: nel 2018 è stata riasfaltata la strada di Berg ten Houte con ciottoli. Per questo motivo, Berg Ten Houte è stata esclusa dal percorso.
Un bel punto di partenza del percorso è il parcheggio a De Ham ad Oudenaarde.
Il percorso si snoda principalmente su strade tranquille, di solito in (buone) condizioni, senza ciottoli. Anche senza ciottoli, le Ardenne fiamminghe sono un'ottima scelta per andarci in bicicletta!
Dopo aver lasciato Oudenaarde, i primi chilometri si svolgono su una pista ciclabile asfaltata lungo il vecchio letto ferroviario tra Oudenaarde e Berchem (e quindi si lascia letteralmente il Koppenberg sulla sinistra). Seguono quindi le seguenti salite nelle Ardenne fiamminghe, seguendo il percorso in senso antiorario:

Côte de Trieu (Knokteberg)
Riekestraat/Hotond
Ten Berge o Dammekensstraat
