La Schule Schloss Salem è un rinomato collegio con sede nell'ex abbazia imperiale di Salem nell'omonimo comune, non lontano dal Lago di Costanza. Il collegio, che ora opera in tre sedi diverse, è stato fondato nell'aprile 1920.
Fin dall'inizio la scuola è stata co-educativa. I fondatori Kurt Hahn, Karl Reinhardt e Massimiliano di Baden erano vicini alla pedagogia della riforma e, nonostante le diverse convinzioni politiche, svilupparono congiuntamente le strutture e i principi educativi che sono ancora vincolanti per la Salem di oggi.
