Fischerhude è un comune sulla Wümme nel distretto di Verden, Bassa Sassonia e parte del comune di Ottersberg. Fischerhude si trova lungo la ciclovia Hamburg–Bremen.
Appartenente alla parrocchia di Wilstedt, Fischerhude fu menzionato per la prima volta nel 1124 come Widagheshude, proprietà del monastero di Rastede, in documenti ufficiali. Nel 1190 il luogo fu chiamato Widigeshude. Successivamente, il patronato della chiesa di Wilstedt passò dall'abate di Rastede ai conti di Oldenburg e rimase fino al XIX secolo in possesso del granduca di Oldenburg. Nei documenti del XVII secolo si parla di un castello completamente scomparso già all'epoca e tuttora non localizzato.
