Il duomo dei Santi Pietro e Paolo è l'antico duomo della città tedesca di Naumburg, nella valle della Sassonia-Anhalt, anche sede episcopale dell'arcidiocesi cattolica di Naumburg. Fu dall'inizio della Riforma protestante la chiesa luterana-evangelica della città.
È situata nel luogo dell'antica cattedrale, datata XI secolo e per gran parte XIII secolo. Lo stile è tardo-romanico sassone. Il coro occidentale, datato XIII secolo, è di stile gotico. Vi sono varie statue, quale quella di Uta di Naumburg , opera del maestro di Naumburg.
