L'inizio dell'escursione è la chiesa parrocchiale di Santa Cristina nell'area del monastero nel quartiere di Herzebrock. Il percorso si snoda inizialmente attraverso la foresta di Boland e prosegue lungo prati e campi. Lungo il cammino puoi ricaricarti con cibo presso la fattoria di patate Wöstmann, prima di iniziare la seconda tappa del percorso. L'escursione termina nuovamente nell'area del monastero.
