Amusco è un comune spagnolo di 456 abitanti situato nella comunità autonoma di Castiglia e León a 773 m s.l.m., nella comarca di Tierra de Campos a 20 km da Palencia, capitale della provincia di cui fa parte.
La zona in cui si trova Amusco era abitata da popoli celtiberi assoggettati dai Romani ai quali seguirono i Visigoti e gli Arabo-Berberi. Il paese si può identificare con la località romana di nome Famusco.
