L'Iglesia di San Cosme e San Damián è una chiesa parrocchiale cattolica a Burgos, Spagna, sulla riva sinistra del fiume Arlanzón. Fu costruita nel XVI secolo con una combinazione di stili tardo gotico e rinascimentale. Fu un luogo di sepoltura di artisti di spicco dell'epoca. Il portico sul lato nord fu progettato da Juan de Vallejo nel 1552, con un arco trionfale con medaglioni di Giovanni Battista e Giovanni Evangelista nei piedritti e colonne scanalate raffinati. La massiccia torre della chiesa, di stile barocco classicista, fu aggiunta nel 1621 da Gabriel de Cotero.
