La 7ª tappa ci porta attraverso un bellissimo pezzo di natura nel centro della Spagna. Evitiamo la strada principale per Molina de Aragón, che può essere piuttosto trafficata. Preferiamo la tortuosa strada di montagna attraverso i boschi e ai margini di piccoli paesi. Non incontriamo molti luoghi per bere e mangiare. Tuttavia, ci sono molte salite fino a circa 1300 metri di altezza. Una giornata che può mettersi a dura prova per i polpacci.
