Bayeux è un comune francese di 13.843 abitanti situato nel dipartimento del Calvados nella regione della Normandia, sede di sottoprefettura.La città è anche conosciuta per il suo famoso Arazzo di Bayeux, che può essere visitato nel suo museo comunale, oltre che per la cattedrale gotica. Inoltre è presente un giardino botanico comunale. Degno di nota è anche il Memorial dei Reporter, dove sono iscritti i nomi di tutti i giornalisti uccisi dal dopoguerra ad oggi.
